These Terms & Conditions govern your use of services and products provided by Yétúndé Asif, a UK-based fashion brand specializing in bespoke and ready-to-wear garments. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following:

1. General Disclaimer
Yétúndé Asif designs and produces custom and ready-to-wear fashion garments with the highest level of craftsmanship and care. While we aim to meet all expectations, please note:
• Final outcomes may vary slightly due to fabric availability, hand-finished detailing, and individual body types.
• We are not responsible for changes in sizing due to weight fluctuation or incorrect measurements provided by the client.
• Colours may appear differently depending on lighting and screen display settings; all product visuals are for reference purposes.

2. Use of Product
All garments and products sold by Yétúndé Asif are intended for personal, non-commercial use.
• Clients must not resell or replicate any Yétúndé Asif designs without prior written permission.
• We retain creative ownership and design rights over all custom work, including the right to display images of completed pieces for promotional purposes (unless the client requests otherwise in writing).
• Proper care instructions will be provided with each garment. YétúndéAsif is not liable for damage caused by misuse, improper storage, or incorrect washing/cleaning methods.

3. Legal Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
• Any disputes arising in connection with the use of our products or services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
• By engaging our services, you consent to these terms and acknowledge your understanding of the legal framework under which we operate.

4. Payment Terms
• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm and initiate all custom orders.
• The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to the final fitting or collection of the garment.
• We accept payments via bank transfer, PayPal, and selected digital platforms. Payment details will be shared directly upon order confirmation.
• Orders will not be released without full payment.
• For ready-to-wear orders, full payment is required at checkout.

5. Quality Assurance
Every Yétúndé Asif piece is handcrafted with attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
• We strive to deliver high-quality garments using carefully sourced fabrics and professional tailoring techniques.
• If you encounter a manufacturing issue or defect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item. We will assess the situation and offer an appropriate solution, which may include alterations, repairs, or partial refunds (at our discretion).
• Custom garments are non-refundable, but we offer post-fitting adjustments where necessary to ensure the perfect fit.
6. Defects & Faults
We take great pride in the quality of our craftsmanship. In the rare event that a garment has a genuine manufacturing defect:
• Clients must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item.
• The item must be returned in unworn condition with original tags and packaging.
• We will assess the garment and, if deemed a valid fault, we will offer free alterations, repairs, or a partial refund depending on the issue.
• Defects due to misuse, incorrect care, or third-party alterations are not covered.

7. Customer-Provided Materials or Clothing
If you supply your own fabric or garment for alterations or custom work:
• Yétúndé Asif is not liable for any damage that occurs due to the fabric’s original condition, age, or structure.
• We reserve the right to decline working with certain materials if they do not meet our quality standards.

8. Weight Gain / Loss
Our garments are made to fit the client’s body measurements at the time of consultation:
• We are not responsible for significant changes in body size after measurements are taken.
• If alterations are needed due to weight gain or loss, an additional fee will apply for the time and materials required.

9. Order Cancellation
• Custom orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. After this window, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
• For ready-to-wear items, cancellations may be possible only if the item has not yet been dispatched.

10. Returns & Refunds
• Custom/Bespoke Orders: These are non-refundable and non-returnable due to the personalized nature of the service.
• Ready-to-Wear Items: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition. A store credit or exchange will be offered.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days after we receive the returned item and inspect it.

11. Deliveries
• Delivery timelines will be discussed at the time of order confirmation. We aim to meet all agreed timelines, but delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. shipping delays, fabric availability) may occasionally occur.
• We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or customs.
• Clients are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their delivery address. Re-delivery due to an incorrect address will incur a fee.

12. Gift Vouchers
• Gift vouchers are available for purchase and can be used toward any YétúndéAsif product or service.
• Vouchers are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and must be used within 12 months of the issue date.
• Lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced.

13. Wedding & Bridal Packages
• Our bridal and wedding packages are tailored and time-sensitive, requiring clear communication and early booking (ideally 2–4 months in advance).
• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking and timeline.
• Changes to the bridal design must be made within the first 5 working days after consultation.
• Final fittings are included in the package, but any major design changes made after production begins may incur additional costs.
• We recommend a final collection date at least one week before the event to allow for final adjustments, if necessary.
